We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@emergencypimplekit.co.za with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement —no hassle required!

📦 Returns on Unopened Kits

We accept damaged product returns on unopened, unused kits within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or damaged item on our end.

  2. Review: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.

Did your box arrive damaged during transit? We’ve got you covered! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box, and our customer care team will send out a fresh kit right away.
