SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Emergency Pimple Kit! We want to get your Emergency Pimple Kit™ to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

🚚 Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive a secondary notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

📦 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method:

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.

You can track your package anytime using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@emergencypimplekit.co.za . Once an order has dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery destination.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your box arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at info@emergencypimplekit.co.za within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement for you.

  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery carrier first. If it is still missing, email our support team for assistance.
